The sport that I practice is crossfit, consist in a mix of other disciplines including olimpic weightlifting, gymnastics and aerobic capacity.
This is a very competitive sport. In a class you can compete with the others and with yourself trying to be better every day.
The crossfit training class have a very nice entorn, there you can meet nice people and have training friends.
The crossfit and Parkour are similar in some things like:
1) Both of them improve physical fitness.
2) Both increase self confidence. For example when you feel good to complete a goal.
3) You know yourself and know your limits.
4)You will make friends and get sense of belonging.
Obviosly both sports are not the same but they have a lot of things in common.
